Source Description

The wire hoop has a beaded, tear-drop shield set with a conical garnet. The "vase" or "lantern" shaped pendant is made of two hollow hemispheres slipped over a cylindrical core and kept apart by nine struts of twisted wire. Granules dot the sheet gold and "handles" ornament the tube below the ring attachment.
