Document source description
A samurai rides a horse along the bottom of the kozuka. In the middle ground is a cherry tree in bloom and at the back is a structure in the mountains. This may be Sakurai, near Osaka, where the 14th-century warrior Kusunoki Masashige said goodbye to his son Masatsura before Masashige's death at the battle of Minatogawa. This is part of a mounted set.
