Tsuka with Paulownia Motifs

The menuki and kashira of this tsuka have paulownia flowers which match the accompanying fuchi. Paulownia is associated with the imperial house and appears in the crests of some military families. The kashira background is a basketweave pattern. This is part of a mounted set.
