The kashira and menuki on this tsuka depict some of the seven gods of good fortune. On the kashira is the scholar Jurôjin. He holds a scroll and is accompanied by a crane. Each of the menuki depict Hotei, leaning against his bag of treasures. They are in different styles and were probably not made as a pair. This is part of a mounted set.
