Source Description
This black lacquer binding from Walters manuscript W.603 has a central oval and pendants and is decorated with gold flowers. The binding is not original to the manuscript, and dates to the 13th century AH/AD 19th. The binding also contains a painted doublure with a plant with yellow flowers (perhaps daffodils) that dates to the 13th century AH/AD 19th.
