H Enrolled as Red Cross Nurse - February 27, 1917 5 Badge Number - 105 e 1915 - 1919 - Connecticut State Board of Nurse Examiners, Inspector of Training Schools. Had previously served as one of Miss Goodrich's staff in the Army School of Nursing. Assigned by Surgeon General to supervise Army base hos- pitals during World War I. 1918 - 1919 - Served on Council of National Defense, Army School of Nursing. 1919 - Established headquarters in New York to accommodate 11,000 nurses returning from overseas duty. Died - March 5, 1944
