It probably will soem strange to you
at this stage of the game to ask you to fill in this appli-
cation blank, but in making the status cards for ell en-
rolled Red Cross Nurses prior to September lst, 1919. we
would like to insert more data on your card than we have on
file`at Headquarters.
the first 500 or 600 nurses en-
rolled in the American Red Cross Nursing Service ES you will
remember were not required to fill in application. I am
enclosing a blanic with the request to fill in all questions
except those which I have checked off. Furthermose, Miss
Pickett is issuing some publicity in regard to the Bureau of
Information and she vas anxious to have a history of your
experience since greduation.
If you will kindly mail this direct
to me at your earliest convenience we shall greatly appreciate
it.
