This will acknowledge your nien letter of September 12 regard-
ing your sister, Miss Rachael Inde Albaugh, former American Red Cross
nurse. We have received the badge which you so kindly returned and
it is being filed with her permanent records at National Headquarters.
We have made note in your sister's records that her appointment card
was not found among her effects. Please do not let the matter give you
any concern.
Thank you very much for your cooperation in helping us complete
your sister's records as a Red Cross nurse.
