My dear Miss Backus:
The Minnesota State Burses' Association has
advised us of your willingness to continue service as a
member of our Minnesota State Committee on Red Cross Nursing
Service and recommends your reappointment.
We are very glad to know that you are available
for this service and take pleasure in hereby appointing you a
member of the Minnesota State Committee on Red Cross Bursing
Service for the coming year. This appointment is made in ac-
cordance with the rules governing such committees, as set forth
in the enclosed pamphlet, ARC 710 and we call your special
attention to the paragraphs regarding State Committees as found
on pages 5 and 6.
For your information, may we state that the
officers of the Minnesota State Committee are as follows:
