For obrious reasons you are specially requested not to divulge to anyone the date or ship on which you expect to sail, You ishould not show the ship's name on any tags or labels attached to your luggage; simply specify "A Ship". will you kindly fill in the enclosed application blanks and return them immediately by air mail. All three sheets must be signed. Questions #5, c,d,e of #7 and #9 need not be answered. The remäining unanswered questions on all three copies must be filled in. Enclosed is a check which is to defray official expenditures enroute to England. You are urged to purchase American Railway Express Travelers Checks with this advance. Be sure that you are familiar with the instructions given by Mr. Harold Foy, director of accounting. These instructions were sent to you previously together with the green booklet, "TRAVEL AND LEAVE REGULATIONST. Passengers may not take into the United Kingdom more than 10 pounds per person in Sterling notes. Any Sterling notes in the possession of passengers over and above 10 pounds will be liable to confiscation. During the voyage, passengers may use one pound or 10 shilling notes but the Pursor is not per- mitted to accept notes of 5 pounds or higher denomination. Passengers are warned not to exchange more than is required for their use during the voyage or for immediate expenses on londing, bearing in mind the fact that they may not take into Great Britain noro than 10 pounds in Sterling notes. Mrs. Tuth Breckinridge, our house mother, will be in charge of your group. We will expect you to report to her the evening of June 9th, at the Penasylvunia Hotel in New York. Your roon will be reserved at the Pennsylvania Hotel for the night of June 9th. You can get in touch with Mrs. Breckinridge through the room olerk.
