We have just been advised by the Burean
of Information, New York City, that the above mentioned nurse
has returned to this country and that her present address is
38 West 48th St.. New York City. We are therefore enclosing
a number 2 card filled in from her papers on file in this office.
Will you kindly notify this office and the nurse" as soon as this
transfer is made.?
