Supplementary Information to Efficiency Report already on file
at National Headquarters - for Miss Linnie Beaucharp

e
Miss Beauchamp was assigned to the position of Nursing
Field during
these have been satisfactory in every way.
Representative years during September 1927. Her services She has
acquired an excellent Red Cross background and is vitally inter-
ested in all phases of Red Cross work.
She reads a great deal and keeps in close touch with
newer developments in the field of public health nursing, and
aithough somewhat of a detailist, she is doing good work with
her nurses.
Her tendency to talk a lot and in a monotone proves
rather irritating to some of her co-workers and Chapter Service
personnel. It is also evident in some of her reports. This,
however, is of minor importance in comparison to the good quali-
ties.
Miss Beauchamp assisted with the Arkansas Life Saving
Institute and Mr. Cantwell's report on her work with them is
most complimentary.
Mi SS Concannon from National Headquarters also paid her
a glowing compliment in regard to her work with Junior.
