My dear Mrs. Vaughan:
I am today requesting release from the
Navy in order that I might proceed to San Francisco May 24,
1919, arriving in San Francisco May 29, 1919. This arrange-
ment is satisfactory to me providing my equipment arrives.
I will remain in Quantico until that time.
Thanking you for all that you have done
for me, I am
