I, the undersigned, an applicant for a passport to enable me to go to

France under the auspices of the Amorican Red Cross, solemnly swear that I
have no noer male rolatives serving in the armod forces of the United States
or serving in Franco in 2 civilian capecity atteched to the American Expedi-
tionary Forces or to a reliof or hospital orgenization,
I furthor solemnly swcar that I am going to France solcly as a Red
Cross workor; that I will moko no offort to visit my brothor in France un-
der any conditions, and that it is not my intention to marry an officor or
soldier in the American Expeditionary Forces aftor my arrival in France.
