France under the auspices of the American Red Cross, solemmly
swear that I have no near male relatives serving in the rmed
forces of the United States or serving in France in a civilian
capacity attached to the American Expeditionary Forces or to
a relief or hospital organization, except a brother who is
serving in the

as a Red Cross worker, that I will make no effort to visit my
brother in France under any conditions, and that it is not my
