My wife, Mrs. Estelle W. Blatt, whom you know personally
and as the Director of the Department of Home Nursing,
Chicago Chapter, American Red Cross, has a birthday on
August 7th and as a birthday gift I want to procure a
gold American Red Cross pin for her. Her badge number
is 20078.
I do not know the cost so I am enclosing a check for
$10.00 to your order to cover same and I hope that I
can procure the pin by the date mentioned above.
I am addressing you in this matter upon advice from the
Chicago Red Cross office that this is the proper pro-
cedure and I am offering you my sincere thanks in ad-
vance for whatever action which may be necessary to be
taken by you to obtain this pin for Mrs. Blatt
