Efficiency report and personal impressions from Instructor.
In spite of showing very definite evidence-eye symptoms and scar-of
severe thyroid difficulty, Miss Weltman makes a good appearance, is
quite attractive, always well groomed and becomingly dressed. She
expends a great amount of nervous emergy as is to be expected, but
plans well, is systematic, definite, emphatic and successful in her
work. She is accustomed to direct, has confidence in her ability' and
shows no hesitancy in expressing her opinion and stepping into any
temarks.situation. She seems to face the physical situation squarely
and to be unusually well adjusted to that difficulty, though the
altitude caused considerable trouble here. Has been cooperative and
of assistance in several ways while here. Though somewhat erratic at
times Miss Weltman has shown a tendency to consider and to adjust to
the general principles and policies as presented.
Miss Weltmans teaching ability as observed here has been excellent,
especially in the definiteness of her practical worlnstructor.
Comments by National Director, Home Hygiene-. Elieve see Bube
Is rather attractive, dynamic, restless type. Is capable but not always dependable.
Egotistical but thoroughdy loyal to Red Cross.
