Pursuant to authority, War Department, A.G.O., dated September 24,\n1940, file AG 322.31, the following Reserve Nurse, with her consent, is ordered\nto active duty with the Army of the United States, offective on or about May 12,\n1941.\n2nd Lt, JANE C. MEYERS (Serial No. N-724491)\n335 East Upsal Street, Germantown, Pennsylvania\nan\nUnless sooner relieved, this assignment is for a minimum period of one year,\nwhich under suitcble arrangements may be extended. After executing the attached\ne\nOath of Office before a proper official (Notary or officer legally authorized to\nadminister oaths), she will proceed without delay to FORT EUSTIS, Virginia, re-\nporting upon arrival thereat to the Commanding Officer, 1321st S. U., Station Com-\nplement, for duty. The travel directed is necessery in the military service.\nC.\nThe Quartermaster Corps will furnish the necessary tronsportation if required, or\nreimbursement of actunl and necessary travel oxpenses only will be allowed as is\nprescribed in AR 40-20, and is chargeable to appropriation FD 1416 P 4-06 A 0410-\n01; pay is chargeable to FD 121 P 18-01 A 0405-01.
