which under suitcble arrangements may be extended. After executing the attached

Oath of Office before a proper official (Notary or officer legally authorized to
administer oaths), she will proceed without delay to FORT EUSTIS, Virginia, re-
porting upon arrival thereat to the Commanding Officer, 1321st S. U., Station Com-
plement, for duty. The travel directed is necessery in the military service.

The Quartermaster Corps will furnish the necessary tronsportation if required, or
reimbursement of actunl and necessary travel oxpenses only will be allowed as is
prescribed in AR 40-20, and is chargeable to appropriation FD 1416 P 4-06 A 0410-
01; pay is chargeable to FD 121 P 18-01 A 0405-01. Immediately following the
arrival of this Reservo Nurse at the station to which assigned, the Commanding
Officer thereof will subm t the report required by Par. 4 d (2), Ar 40-1705, to

required upon reporting for duty.
