Miss Noyes had a personal interview with the Superintendent
of the Radcliffe, September 5th, who states"tha Miss Bowling
was eminently satisfactory in every particular; that she left with
her audiences a most pleasing and gratifying interest in the
educational work of the Red Cross; that she unquestionably got
her message over to the audiences. and aroused a very general
interest in Public Health work."
