I am attaching a copy of a letter I have just written to Miss
Gertrude Bowling at Teachers College trying to interest her in the position
at Easton. Mrs. Cullen hus written me that she talked the matter over with
some of the members of the Chapter committee and"they said they were only
waiting for the recommendation and then would do the rest; that they had put
in their application for a nurse neurly a year ago." If Miss Bowling is
interested I will, of course, leuve it to you to arrange for her appointment.
I hope to hear from her in a few days and will let you know what she suys.
