vice has been recommended to the Department with compensation
et the rate of $720 per annum, quarters, subsistence and laun-
dry, to be effective from the date of entrance upon duty.
You ere requested to proceed immediately to U. S. Public
Health Service Heapital 24, Palo Alto, Calif., and report
for duty to the Medical officer in Charge as nurse.
Thile executing these orders, you should secure receipts
for all money paid out, to present with your travel account
fer reimbursement.
