you were eprolled es au "Amerioan Netional Bed Cross
Enoloped will be found your badgo with the number (612) en-
graved on the beck.
You are requested when registering hereafter to com-
ply with the following rule:
eprolled will be furnished with e badge and are re-
quested thersefter to be professiovelly knom as "American
Fational Red Croes Nurses", and to ao designate when regis-
tering at Hospitals or otherwise when professionally engaged."
Kindly *ign the enclosed receipt and place in the
enclosed envelope end mail.
