Mrs. Lenah Higbee,

My dear Mrs. Higbee:
I asked Miss J. Beatrice Bowman to send
me an article for publication and find that you had also
requested her to prepare something for the Journal.
I am most anxious to have this material for
the May issue of the Journal which will go to the printer's
early in April. Miss Palmor has promised to publish all the
Red Cross material desired in the May number, and the Red Cross
will meet the additional expense.
I am wondering if you will be good enough
to send Miss Bowman's article to that I chn judge of its length
in making up the other moterial which we are, to send.
I believe she is to have some photographs
which will be most helpful. Will you be good enough to let me
know whether ve can count definitely on this material for early
April.
