Opinions of Department Heads
Helen Scott ilay, Chief Hurse Commission to Surope, sends the following reports
and adde: "I recommend that service certificate be granted." (April 4,1921)
1. Signed by Caroline E.Eobinson, Chief Nurse to Albania, approved by R.C.Thistle,
for Wm. Jackson, Commr. to Albania:
"Miss Boylston is being returned to Paris on account of illness (she) has been
with this Commission for almost six monthe. During that time she has had assign-
mente as Assistant Nurse in the Tirana Hospital, where she was a most faithful
and officient worker and later as nurse on the Mobile Unite going out from Tirana,
as well as with the Mobile Unit at Quota 115 near Valona. In all these assignments
her work has been excellent and she is most reliable.* (August 9,1920)
2. Signed by Stella S. Mathews, Director, Dept. of Nursing. Poland, approved by
Chas. R. Barge, Director in Poland:
"She is being released from Poland because of reduction in personnel in this depart-
ment. iler work has been very good in all respects and she is entitled to a certi-
ficato of merit."
(Fobruary 4, 1921)
