In reply to your request of December 22nd, I

hope that you find the following statement satisfactory
in detail in regards to the illnesses prior to October
lst of these nurses:
1.Winifred S. Mc Queen - ill from June 20th to July
18th inclusive, consecutive days.
2. Thelma Mason - ill from June 16th to 27th inclusive,
consecutive days, and ill from July 19th to September
30th inclusive, consecutive days.
(Miss Mason did not work from July 18th on until she
left for the mainland on October 5th.)
3.Mae C. Lowney - ill from July 5th to 18th inclusive,
consecutive days, and ill from August 16th to September
30th inclusive, consecutive days.
(Miss Lowney did not work from August 16th on. She
left for the mainland october 5th.)
1 wish you would extend my appreciation to miss
beard and her staff for the very thoughtful vhristmas nadio-
gram greeting to the unit here. And we hope this New Year
will be a successful and happy one for you and your co-workers.
