My dear Niss Young:
We were pleased to learn fron Miss Marguerite Norway,
Secretary of the Los Angeles Local Committee on Red Cross Nursing,
of your availability for an assignment with the Red Cross Unit in
Havaii.
I an attaching Forms 1219 end 615A which should be
completed and returned to ne immediately. We understand that you
have procecded with your physical exemination. Please also have
immunizations for typhoid, tetanus and smallpox. I am also attach-
ing two copies of Insurance Notice, one of which should be signed
and returned to us for your permonent record, and the other to be
retained by you for your information.
You will hear from me promptly after ve have had an
opportunity to raview your application.
