Lacked originality in her work. Records well kept.
Her communicable disease technique was satisfactory
but she failed to accept the responsibility to see
that others, such as orderlies, carried it out as
well. When specialling a very sick patient she
could give very good care indeed. but she could
not !cater to people.
PERSONALITY: Is not a good mixer althougl she tried t
be friendly. Has an attractive smile. Has a quick
temper which is out of control at times.
Is inclined to be selfish . She resents criticisi
HEALTH:
Fair Reported off at very short notice and
at the slightest provocation. especially when
on night duty.
REMARKS:
Always well groomed.
Her quick tember sometimes got her into difficulty
with her natients. She is aware of this handicap;
was sure to report any difficulty of this
nature before anyone else got the chance.
