My dear Miss Britton:
We are now planning that you should be in the first
group to sail about June 1. You should be ready beginning
on that date to leave within 24 hours if word comes that
we are able to obtain space. ne expect that there will be
about 12 nurses in this group and we shall be looking for-
ward to having them with us soon.
Any information regarding the exact sailing date is,
of course, confidential.
I shall write to you in a day or two possibly suggesting
that you come to New York about June 1 even though we do not
know our sailing plans.
