C.\nDear Miss Madley:\nI am very sorry I was unable to send by return mail the information you\nasked for in your letter of Jan. 31.\nThe Superintendent of the hospital as well as the Superintendent of nurses\nhere submitted their resignations on Jan. 28. Due to the disruption there was\nsome doubt as to the continuance or the school, and 1 hesitated a few days in goihg\non with these more final plans. However, the matter is becoming more settled now, and\nI am very happy to continue the preparations for leaving.\nI am including the measurement blank rilled out, and a separate sheet containing\nthe personsl information asked for.\nThe plan to have my final physical examination in New York is satisfactory with\nme. Of course, I would prefer to have that out of the way before going on with the\n2nd page\npreparation, but if that is impossible we shall do the next best thing.
