I further solemily swear that I am going to China, Japan and Siberia solely as a Red Cross worker, and that it is not my intention to marry an officer or soldier in the American Expeditionary Forces after my arrival in Vladivostok . In case I should have a near male relative in the armed forces of the United States, or serving in China,Japan &Siberia a Civilian capaci- ty attached to the A. E. F. or Hospital organization, etc., I will make no effort under any conditions to visit him.
