On her application for Siborian Service, Miss Alice Buckland
gave both her permanent and temporary address as Portland, Oregon,
And the Regulation Form, 469, was made_ out accordingly - hence, it
would not seem that she has justification for her claim for trans-
portation to Chicago though that is her home.
