application for further foreign service under the nod Cross cannot
be accepted. Ascording to your efficienay report your health was
not of the best while in Siberia, and we are endeavoring to send abroad
only nurses who are in the very best physical condition.
We are returning your passport to
you as you may wish to keep it.
