Supplementing the information that has already been sent you in
regard to the case of Miss Florence C. Bullard, I am attaching horewith a
copy of Miss Bullard's letter to viss Delano, dated april 7, 1917; a copy of
Miss Bullard*s letter to Miss Martha Russell, who was them Chief Nurse, R.C.
in France, dated March 6, 1918; a copy of a newspaper clipping regarding Miss
Bullard and en extract from a report which Vas made for publicity purposes
Jan. 19, 1920. I am also writing to Miss Fitzgerald, as you will note by
attached Carbon cooye
