My dear Miss Bu_lard;
Your letter reached this office during my
absence in New York, consequently any advice that I could give
you would probably come too late.
I should advise you to go to see Mrs. Humphrey
in Albany, for I feel sure that the work she has in more in the way of
organization than anything else.
If you are in New York, by all means eall
uvon Miss Florence M. Johnson, who signed the letter you en-
closed and who is the Director of the Department of Nursing of
the Atlantic Division, with offices at 44 East 23rd Street.
Thank you for the explanation of the medal, it
is very beautiful and I greatly appreciate it.
I have not read E. Sargeant's article in the
January North American Review but expect to.
In reply to your question about the Lake Division
may I state that no further information has reached me from
Miss Lorimer.
