was not assigned to military service.

She was assigned by the #merican Red Cross to France in September

1918-Reported at the Paris offise on October 16, 1918 and assigned
to duty by that office- also served a short time with the Children's
Bureau in France.
The report submitted by the Red Tross representative states;
^daptability- Good
Efficiency- Good
Reliability - Good
Health- Good.
Miss Fitzgerald also states that she did good work and proved
herself very adaptable.
Miss Bush returned to the United States in May 1919.
