Kerr, on Friday,\nMay 23rd, (see letter from Dr. Kerr attached) I am leaving for\nHartford, Sunday night.\nMiss Hawthorne will explain more in\ndetail Dr. Kerr's diagnosis and recommends tion if you require it.\nWhen I was ill in March and April I exhausted my thirty\ndays sick leave, and all but twelve days annual Leave. The 12 days\nwill carry me up to June 11th. I would like to ask for an extension\nof one months' sick leave, with pay, from June 11th - July 11th,\ninclusive. I shall sincerely hope to be able to return by that\ndate.
