Miss Ida F. Butler,
188 Fern Street,
Hartford,
Connecticut.
My dear Miss Butler:
I am referring your letter to Miss Douglas
who is in charge of the instruction work at National
Headquarters.
We have made a number of rather important
changes in the method of giving the classes of late
but do not know whether any of them cover the parti-
cular question that you have asked.
Through our Committee on Nursing Activities
in the Chapters, we hope to increase the class work
very greatly but as it is exceedingly difficult to get
the Committees to read the instructions I fear many
times that strange things happen.
Very truly yours,
Acting Director,
Department of Nursing.
