    "ocrText": "Dec. 27, 1924\nInez Cadel #35661\nMrs. Baker, Director, Home Hygiene, filled in questionnaire\nsubmitted by Board of Examiners, Board of Education, New York, relative\nto the qualifications of Miss Cadel as an instructor.\nShe is applying for license to teach Hygiene. in the high\nschools, New York.\nMiss Noyes added:\n\"Miss Inez Cadel is a member of our Red Cross Nursing Ser-\nvice in good standing. Her opportunities for technical training have been\nabove the average as she was graduated from the Johns Hopkins School for\nNurses. Her personality and appearance are exceedingly pleasing. While\nI have not had opportunity to observe her work in classrooms in connection\nwith the educational system, I saw her on one occasion give a ptractical dem-\nonstration in nursing procedures to a group of graduate nurse instructors in\nour course in Home Hygiene. I regarded her work at that time as exceeding-\nly effective and above the average.\n\"Regretting that I can not go more into the details in regard\nto class management and discipline, et cetera, but believing she will unques-\ntionably measure up to the requirements in this direction, I am\""
