My dear Miss Lorimer:
In reply to your communications of July 26 and August 16, I regret to
have to say that it will be impossible for Hindman Settlement School
to help in the employment of a second nurse here. Our finances are
limited and we are taxed to the utmost in meeting the many obligations
already made upon us.
