My dear Miss Catania:--
Our office manager is on her vacation. As she
has charge of the business end of our office I think it is very
likely that she has sent in your expense account sometime ago and
that you will be hearing from it shortly. 1 shall not be able
to advise you definitely about this until she returns. Just in case
the expense account has not been sent in would you mind sending
me a duplicate copy.
What have you done about your papers? Please send
me exact information as to what papers you have filled out and where
they are at present. None have been received at Headquarters.
I presume they are in the hands of your Division Director and that
she is securing your loyalty letters. Please let me hear from
you.
