Dear Miss Noyes:
COLLEGE
I would like to inquire if an appropriation has
been made for a war bonus for nurses who served overseas during
the World War with the American Red Cross. Tho I was overseas
I have not been entitled to participate in the benefits awarded
by the Government, being informed that the A.R.C. nurses were not
eligible.
However, as I have not made any inquiries for the
past 10 years, thought you could give me some definite information
if there is a possibility of an appropriation for the A.R.C. nurses.
