INTER-OFFICE LETTER

quine
To Miss C.D. Noyes, Acting Director, Department of Nursing Date -
March 24, 1919.
From Miss S.C. Francis, N.S. Rep., Penna.-Delawa.re Division.
Subject Miss Josephine A. Clay, Badge #5408. EDIb
The enclosed is a copy of a letter which I have just re-
ceived from Miss Josephine A. Clay, Badge #5408. This letter is in
response to my communication to Miss Clay asking that she call at this
office with reference to her plans for future work. This letter is
self-explanatory. In addition, Miss Clay states that she is having
difficulty with her throat and is having continuous treatments which would
seem to debar her from this work.
Yours sincerely,
Busanl francis
F/B
Director, Bureau of Nursing.
