According to our records, the No. 2 card of Miss Edna
Mabel Cree, Badge No. 59,329, was transferred to your Committee in July,
1940. We are advised that this nurse has now accepted a position with
the Henry Street Visiting Nurse Service in New York City. Will you,
therefore, please send us her No. 2 card for transfer?
