We offer our sincere apologies for not acknowledging
your letter of January 16, in which you enclosed one dollar for of a
duplicate Red Cross nurse's badge, due to the great preasure
work at National Headquarters. Thank you for the air mail stamps.
number - 40156 A - on a new badge, has been placed and the credential
special order for the engraving of your enrollment
will be sent you by air mail as soon 8.3 it has been marked.
Upon consulting your records we find that we have not
received a questionnaire from you since 1940 and are enclosing a
1942 form for your convenience in bringing your records up to date.
