Subject Claims of Personnel
The claims of Della-DeGraw, Katharine DeLong and
Elsie McDonald are the same, calling for transportation to
their homes. In each case they were enrolled in New York
City, but were promised railroad fare to their homes. No
letter of authorization to this effect was given them in
the office in Rome.
