Delano
1. Enclosed please find ticket for Wagons-Lite bought by Director of
Convalescent Home at Cannes for Miss Delano. This ticket was not
used and has been cancelled. Will you kindly claim amount that should
be returned, which, I believe, is half the amount paid, and upon
receiving amount from Rail-road Company, you will please remit to the
Treasurer of the American Red Cross. Certain conditions that existed
at Cannes prevented this ticket from being used.
