I have talkea over the subject matter
of your letter of the nineteenth with Mr. Keppel),
who will advise with the Secretary of War as to
the best method of procedure to obtain the
return of Misa Delano's remains without embarrass-
ing the authorities
It would seem that very likely this wihl
be a favorable time to accomplish what we all
so much desire.
I am leaving for France next week, but in
ny absence Miss Noyes will keep in close touch
with you.
