American Red Cross Commission to Surope.
col. Bicknell, Dep.Commissioner to Burope,
Since my interview with you this a. m. we are informed
by the Graves Registration Service that an Order is expected doily
authorizing the removal of bodies of members of the American
Expeditionary Forces now buried in the military U.S. Cemeteriesin
France. Plans are now under way towards carrying out this order.
Acting upon this advice I have framed the attached cable
for which If request your approval.
