We are in receipt of your letter of July 23rd re subject.
Please accept the thanks of the American Red Cross for
your notification.
As suggested in paragraph 2 of your letter the Graves

Registration Service at 8 Avenue d' Iena will be immediately written
to, and asked that we be authorised to have a representative present.
