We are very anxious to obtain recent information regarding some of the
Red Cross nurses who have been enrolled for more than two years so that we may be

better prepared for any eventuality.
As Miss A.1 h DietRich indicated on her annual questionnaire that she
is employed on your staff we will greatly appreciate your answering a few questions
regarding her and returning this form to the Secretary of the Recruitment Committee
indicated below.
We are mindful of the added burden this request places on you but hope we
can count on your usual cooperation.
